Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu
The legendary celebrity couple of Bollywood, Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, are the perfect example of a long-lasting relationship with their marriage going strong since 1966. Their marriage has witnessed tough times, but has still managed to retain the love and togetherness. Saira Banu, 22 years younger to Dilip Kumar, has never expressed her regret of not having a child as she feels that taking care of her husband is like nurturing 10 kids.
Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar
Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar feel that their strong friendship is the key factor to their successful 28 year old marriage. Although the couple has no children of their own, there is no vacuum in their life. They love, admire and respect each other wholeheartedly. Javed Akhtar has two children, Farhan and Zoya, from his first marriage with Honey Irani.
Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher
The versatile actor, Anupam Kher and the gorgeous actress Kirron Kher, first met in Chandigarh and became best friends. After their respective unsuccessful marriages, the couple met again. This time they felt strongly for each other and got married in 1985. Although Kiron had a son from her first marriage, this celeb couple wanted to have a child of their own. However, they were unable to do so even after medical help.
Meena Kumari and Kamal Amrohi
The tragedy queen of Bollywood, Meena Kumari, found her love on film sets. She married director Kamal Amrohi who was fifteen years elder than her. It is believed that Kamal who already had a child from his first marriage did not want a child with Meena Kumari. The sharp contrast in their ideologies in professional and personal front created trouble in their marriage eventually leading to a divorce.
Kareena and Saif
Well, do not be surprised to see this couple on our list! The ‘Brangelina’ of Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, have always been newsmakers. From their courtship to their much-hyped marriage, every detail has grabbed media attention. Kareena’s recent statement that she might not want to have a child has spread like wild fire. She says, “I might even decide not to have kids. I am just 32. And Saif already has 2 kids. We are not a typical Indian couple who get married just so they can have a child. We are modern.”

If there ever was a true love, this golden couple from Bollywood symbolizes that. Gauri married Shah Rukh Khan in 1991, when he was anything but Shah Rukh Khan. And since then they have been together in an industry where stability in family life is more of an exception than a rule.
Love knows only love, and nothing else. Kareena Kapoor started dating Saif Ali Khan, a divorcee and a father of two children, and then there was no stopping for both of them. They finally got married on Oct. 16, 2012.
It’s been no less than 15 years to the marriage of dashing Arbaaz Khan and sexy Malaika Arora Khan. And that says a lot about this beautiful couple.
Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza dated for almost a decade. They gave enough time to themselves before exchanging the marriage vows on February 3, 2012.
It was love at the first sight. Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur met, fell in love and got married.
It left everyone stunned when Bollywood Casanova Akshay Kumar married Twinkle Khanna, daughter of Rajesh Khanna in 2001. However, their great on-screen chemistry worked off- screen as well, and today both are very much happy in their married life.
Hrithik Roshan and Suzzane’s love story is indeed incredible. The most memorable spot for this wonderful couple must be a traffic signal, where they met for the first time. They fell in love, got married and are making the most of marital bliss.
