Some things are destined, and Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai love story is a reflection of that. After seven years of dating, Abhishek proposed Aishwarya at a New York hotel's lobby and today the two are happily married and blessed with a baby girl.
If there ever was a true love, this golden couple from Bollywood symbolizes that. Gauri married Shah Rukh Khan in 1991, when he was anything but Shah Rukh Khan. And since then they have been together in an industry where stability in family life is more of an exception than a rule.
Love knows only love, and nothing else. Kareena Kapoor started dating Saif Ali Khan, a divorcee and a father of two children, and then there was no stopping for both of them. They finally got married on Oct. 16, 2012.
It’s been no less than 15 years to the marriage of dashing Arbaaz Khan and sexy Malaika Arora Khan. And that says a lot about this beautiful couple.
Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza dated for almost a decade. They gave enough time to themselves before exchanging the marriage vows on February 3, 2012.
It was love at the first sight. Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur met, fell in love and got married.
It left everyone stunned when Bollywood Casanova Akshay Kumar married Twinkle Khanna, daughter of Rajesh Khanna in 2001. However, their great on-screen chemistry worked off- screen as well, and today both are very much happy in their married life.
Hrithik Roshan and Suzzane’s love story is indeed incredible. The most memorable spot for this wonderful couple must be a traffic signal, where they met for the first time. They fell in love, got married and are making the most of marital bliss.

Ah young love! Raj Babbar and Smita Patil's wayward child Prateik lives his life on his sleeve. After declaring his love for the gorgeous Amy Jackson, the couple inked each others name on their bodies. As luck would have it, the tattoo lasted, but the relationship went kaput. No surprises here!
Theirs was a pairing that was almost like the coming together of filmdom's royalty: Raj Kapoor's granddaughter and Amitabh Bachchan's son. But the story was never to have a happy ending. Despite an engagement being announced, the couple parted ways with the families remaining at loggerheads long after. Karishma's marriage to businessman Sanjay Kapur followed not much later, but has since hit rocky times.
Before John Abraham was in her life, Bipasha had another gorgeous man as her arm candy. Model Dino Morea who was her co-star in Raaz, soon became her off-screen love and the pair steamed up the scene for a fair while, before they called it quits. Rumour has it that the couple has recently re-ignited their love.
Ironically co-stars in a movie called Love Story 2050, Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra were anything but a match made in heaven. The couple's relationship along with their film turned turtle pretty fast.
After nine years and a whole lot of road bumps later, John Abraham and Bipasha Basu called it quits. Sources close to them say that Bipasha's fame and John's unwillingness to get married, got in the way of the couple's closeness, causing friction.
Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman's love affair zoomed into the fast lane with the couple showing up joined a t the hip at pretty much every event they were seen at. A year into their relationship, the feisty young pair called it quits.
Bollywood starlet Kim Sharma garnered her fifteen seconds of fame more for her love life than the films she's done. Cricketer Yuvraj Singh was one of her beaus but the duo's love soon went south.
Lara Dutta and Bhutanese model Kelly Dorjee were together even before the arc lights were shining on either of them. Eight years later the pair called it quits over various issues.
Childhood friends squash player Ritwik and Neha Dhupia stayed together for almost a decade but things went south somewhere along the line for them.
Business partners and perfect couple Ness Wadia and Preity Zinta were the cynosure of all eyes when they went publc with their love. While their business relationship survived the odds, their love affair was short circuited into oblivion.
Fellow actors and much in love couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone made for some incredibly beautiful pictures but the music didn't last very long. The pair have however since stayed good friends, and not embittered enemies like other celebrity exes.
The boy toy on Sushmita's arm, Randeep Hooda's almost non-existent film career was pushed to the forefront once he became Sush's man. Everyone noticed him and the couple were unabashed about their romance. Like the endless list of boy toys in her life, Randeep was another shortlived chapter in her life.
The bad boy of Bollywood took a delicate Katrina Kaif under his wing and eventually fell in love with his protege. Much like Sallu's other romances, reports of abuse both physical and emotional soon led the pair to parting ways.
Shahid and Kareena's romance lasted three years and they never shied away from the limelight when it came to declaring their love.
Khiladi Akshay Kumar has earned his nickname well. Early on in their film careers, Shilpa Shetty and Akshay embarked on a torrid affair that created ripples in the film industry. Needless to say, amidst rumours of being cheated on, Shilpa called it quits.
The rich brat who snagged the leggy lass, Siddhartha Mallya and Deepika Padukone's love affair was one that thrilled the shutterbugs but didn't really seem like one to bring out the wedding invites for.
He was a married man and she was very much in love with him. Every bit the film screenplay, Sushmita Sen and Vikram Bhatt's love affair was as tempestuous as they come, leading to nothing but tears.
Here's a pair we were never quite sure about. Far from the limelight, struggling actors Tanisha and Uday Chopra both have the filmi blue blood running through them, but that seems to be all they had in common.
Models Shamita Singha and Upen Patel screamed themselves hoarse about their love affair, but when the end was near, things got messy. In the middle of a suburban nightclub in Mumbai, an enraged Upen threw a glass of wine in Shamita's face in full view of everyone. Needless to say he's no longer on her speed dial.
On again, off again lovebirds Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor seem undecided about their relationship. After multiple breakups and makeups, the pair finally decided to call a spade a spade in 2011 and spilt. Never really seemed like they were ready to walk down the aisle somehow.

1. Shirish Kunder and Farah Khan
Film Editor turned Director (of mega-flops like Joker) Shirish Kunder is 8 years younger than his wife, Farah Khan. Shirish was the Editor of Farah’s directorial debut Mai Hoon Naa. Their friendship on the sets soon changed into love. The society odds like 8-year age gap and different religions too couldn’t stop these two love birds from being one. They got married in 2004 and are blessed with two daughters and a son. In Farah’s words: “I don't know if one is reborn or not, but if it were so, then I would like to marry Shirish in my second birth too."
2. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai
The power couple of Bollywood- Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also has this age- angle to their love story. A 37 year Abhishek is two years younger than his wife– Aishwarya. After much speculation concerning their relationship, the couple got married on April 20, 2007. Age difference, Aishwarya’s Manglik yoga, or a heart-broken Vivek! There was nothing that could stop the two of them from tying the knot. This is such an adorable couple of Bollywood that their one-year old daughter, Aaradhya, has already become a ‘celebrity’ much before she can barely understand this term.
3. Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani
Director-turned-actor, Farhan Akhtar is married to Adhuna Bhabani who is six years older than him. Adhuna met Farhan when he was still writing the script for Dil Chahta Hai. They got married in the year 2000 and are blessed with two daughters
4. Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab
After surviving quite a few turbulences Zarina and Aditya have been married for almost 26 years now. Aditya who is 6 years younger than his wife considers age was never a problem for them and even their families were very supportive of their marriage. Zarina believes that it is destiny that brought them together and their love for each other has kept their marriage strong.
5. Sunil Dutt and Nargis
Legendary actor Sunil Dutt got married to Nargis, who was a year older and also a bigger star than him at that time. Their relationship began when Sunil Dutt saved her from the fire that broke out on the sets of the 1957 film Mother India. Once Nargis wrote to Sunil, “Darling, don't get angry, but remember even if I die, I will always be there with you spiritually. I am so much attached to you that even death can't take me away completely from you.” We must say, when love speaks such a refreshingly vibrant language age certainly becomes an inconsequential number.
6. Parmeet and Archana
After going through a failed marriage Archana met Parmeet Sethi at a friend's place and hit it off instantly. Parmeet, who is seven years younger than Archana says, he was bowled over with her beauty and grace. They had a live-in relationship for four years. Parmeet’s parents’ were against their marriage, but against all the odds, the two got married. They have been together for more than 20 years now and are still very much in love. In Archana’s words: “Had age been the paramount criterion then so many marriages with the right age ratio would not have fallen apart."
7. Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jessia
Even after over a decade of marriage, actor Arjun Rampal seems to be madly in love with his wife. Arjun tied the knot with the former super model Mehr Jessia in 1998. Mehr is two years older than Arjun and the couple is blessed with two daughters. Their love exemplifies the commitment of lifetime in every true sense.
8. Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty
The 37 years old long-legged lass of Bollywood, Shilpa is three months older than her husband. Raj and Shilpa met often during the launch preparations of Shilpa’s perfume, S2 and in no time fell in love. Supposedly, Raj always harboured a special place for Shilpa in his heart. They tied the knot on November 22, 2009. Shilpa in an interview to a leading newspaper said that it wasn't love at first sight for her, but it was for him.

Filmy love is in the air, as the rumour mongers are agog about Bollywood's latest love story. Filmmakers David Dhawan and Mahesh Bhatt's children Varun and Alia are the apparent new 'it' couple. The pair supposedly found love like many others before them, on the sets of their film, Student of the Year.
The young lovers who were both very much involved during the making of the film decided to keep their relationship on the down low till it was done. Once the movie was done and dusted, the pair allowed their love to blossom. Whether this one is going to be a long-lasting relationship or just a case of puppy love, remains to be seen. But hey, we're not looking for wedding bells!

Keeping in mind the theme of the film, the makers had created an ambiance which had a spooky and an eerie look. A girl lay chained in a locked cage. Two girls representing spirits dressed in white stood at the entrance to welcome the audience where they greeted everybody and stamped an A with a cross in between on everybody’s wrists.
The makers also displayed an unique concept to mark the occasion with a photo image of leading lady Bipasha stood at the entrance uttering her dialogues and so was also an image of Nawazuddin Siddiqui who too greeted everyone with his dialogues. The entire ambience was eerie giving it a deathly feel around.
As the first look was unveiled a doll like Doyel Dhawan dressed in a frilly frock and curly locks stood on the stage looking at her reflection into the mirror and talking to someone. Her mother played by Bipasha comes running to her and asks her whom is she talking to. Suddenly, an image of a ghost (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) emerged from the shadows.
Producer Abhishek Pathak informed that when Bipasha was given the narration of the film she was listening to it with closed eyes. “I was scared whether she will do the film or not. But she said yes immediately” informs Abhishek. Speaking about his film Abhishek says “The film not only has an horror element but also has characters and is a family product” To which Bipasha adds “Horror films have always scared me and I find everything spooky about it."
Speaking on the occasion director Suparn Verma says “I met Bipasha Basu when I was 16 and she was 21 years old. She was a ramp model. I did my first interview with her and had the toughest time with her. I was confused whether to look at her or write about her. She is a vulnerable woman in the film so I have decided to surprise her today. My friend Nirjara Doshi who is a mystic occult and aura reader will tell us about her.
Nirjara Doshi conducted an occult therapy with crystals on Bipasha Basu and gave her some tips and a crystal to ward off negative influences. She also advised her to wear pink and green colours.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui joined them later and said that he was excited to work on a horror film for the first time. The actor revealed that when he was told he was cast opposite Bipasha Basu he just said “Oh My God” that was the reaction generated.
